Authors Guild files opening brief, argues Google Library Project wasn't fair use

( April 11, 2014, 18:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Authors Guild’s opening brief, filed April 7 in the appeal of a lower court decision finding that Google’s scanning of books is fair use, has been unsealed.
