French ruling on blocking porn sites put back for court to hear challenge on constitutionality

Pornhub and four other websites  submitted a “priority question of constitutionality” to the Paris Court of Justice in a hearing yesterday. The next hearing is on Oct. 4.The operators of five pornography websites have asked a French court to consider whether it would be unconstitutional to block their sites in a row over access by children....
