Polish Telecoms Regulator: Competition and Consumer Protection Court upholds PLZ 33mln fine against TP

( June 9, 2009, 14:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Polish Court for Competition and Consumer Protection has upheld a 33 million zloty fine imposed by the national telecoms regulator UKE on TP for failure to comply with a 2006/2007 decision on the framework conditions for access to the local loop and related facilities. The court found that the level of fine was proportionate and did not jeopardize TP's liquidity.
