Slovak Competition Authority: Finalisation of investigation

The authority's investigation focused on whether there was evidence of co-ordinating tenders during the public procurement process with Hayek Consulting. The authority considered that it was not possible to gain the kind of evidence to prove the existence of a cartel.Based on information published during September and October 2010 The Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic (hereafter „AMO SR“) initiated the investigation with the objective to detect the possible violation of § 4 of the Act on Protection of Competition regarding public procurement with Hayek Consulting, s. r. o. as one of the participants....
