Epic Games, state attorneys general, Match Group and a proposed class of consumers are engaged in an ongoing dispute with the company over whether it intentionally destroyed evidence that would have been important in their case. The filing follows a court-ordered experiment requiring Google to hand over more chat evidence to test the plaintiffs' theory.
