Thomson Reuters tells court it has settlement in US litigation over sale of data

( June 14, 2024, 00:46 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Thomson Reuters and plaintiffs suing the company over its alleged sale of  personal information through its CLEAR platform told a federal judge in San Francisco they've reached an agreement to settle the case. "Having reached an agreement in principle, the parties will next finalize a written settlement agreement, and Plaintiffs will prepare a motion for preliminary approval," the two sides said in a joint filing.
