T-Mobile, Sprint executives met with FCC lawyers to discuss efficiencies, market definition in mid June, filing says

( June 28, 2019, 21:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The T-Mobile and Sprint senior vice presidents for government affairs and other representatives had an ex-parte meeting on June 17 with US Federal Communication Commission lawyers to discuss issues raised in previous T-Mobile submissions, according to am FCC filing.  The matters discussed included the network improvements and efficiencies achievable through the merger and the variety of participants in the wireless market, the filing said. The representatives also discussed the relevant market definition, general framework for the competition analysis, and the FCC’s relevant authority under the Communications Act.See document below....
