Larco’s lost appeal of Greek state aid recovery decision back at top EU court

( September 5, 2022, 09:35 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Greek state-owned miner Larco has further appealed the European Commission's decision ordering Greece to claw back public funding granted to the miner in the form of capital injections and public guarantees. In May, the bloc's General Court ruled for the second time on the case, following the top court's referral to it in 2020, rejecting Larco's appeal.
