CADE extends deadline for Stone-Linx deal review

( May 26, 2021, 18:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Brazilian competition authority has postponed for an additional 90 days the review of Stone’s proposed acquisition of software-maker Linx in Brazil, according to a decision from the national competition authority`s Tribunal.
