Elliott International sells all its shares in German drugmaker Stada

( February 14, 2018, 10:54 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Elliott International has sold the last of its stake in Stada Arzneimittel and no longer holds any voting rights in the generic drugmaker, according a notice published by the German company today. The Cayman Islands-based arm of Paul Singer's Elliott hedge fund had previously reported a holding of 7.75 percent, the notice says. Stada is being acquired by buyout firms Bain Capital and Cinven, which agreed in September to pay Elliott and other investors a higher price for their holdings.Full filing attached below. ...
