Court of Justice: AG Opinion in C-124/10 P Commission v EDF, others

( October 20, 2011, 08:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An Advocate General at the EU’s Court of Justice has suggested setting aside a lower instance ruling that annulled the European Commission’s negative state aid decision on French tax breaks in favour of EDF worth a total of 1.217 billion euros.
