( June 7, 2024, 23:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Renters of multifamily residential real estate are preparing to file in-principle settlement agreements with two defendants in a putative price-fixing class action involving RealPage's algorithmic pricing software, and case resolution discussions between the plaintiffs and remaining defendants have continued through "mediators and bilaterally," according to status report filed in Tennessee federal court.
