EU court confirms freeze on publication of details in power-cables cartel

( February 12, 2018, 11:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The EU Court of Justice has issued an interim order by which the European Commission is prevented from publishing details from a 2014 decision on a cartel between Nexans and other undersea high-voltage cable manufacturers.
