Euro Car Parts must sell depots after Andrew Page buyout, CMA decides

( October 31, 2017, 14:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Euro Car Parts' completed purchase of rival car-parts supplier Andrew Page could lead to higher prices or lower service quality in nine areas of England, the UK's Competition and Markets Authority has said. It has required Euro Car Parts to remedy this by selling one car-parts depot in each area to a purchaser approved by the regulator, but also said it didn't think customers nationally would be "adversely affected" by the merger.The statement follows.
