Müller offers remedies to gain UK approval for dairy merger, CMA says

Müller has offered to supply a certain amount of fresh milk to a “third-party dairy processor,” seeking to overcome concerns that the deal would lessen competition in some regions of the country. The company must enter into the proposed supply arrangements before the Competition and Markets Authority accepts the undertakings.
