Apple may face July patent trial as judge says she's inclined to deny its motions for summary judgment

( April 4, 2014, 22:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: In a  patent dispute between GPNE and Apple over wireless technology patents, US District Judge Lucy Koh said she is inclined to deny several summary judgment motions motions of non infringement filed by Apple. That could clear the way for a patent trial, staring July 14 in San Jose, Calif., in which Apple would be the defendant.
