Mofcom rules US-imported distiller's dried grains dumped in China in preliminary finding

( September 23, 2016, 03:58 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Ministry of Commerce has found that distiller's dried grains with or without solubles imported from the US have been dumped in China and that the domestic industry has been materially impaired, according to a preliminary ruling published today. Importers will be required to pay a security deposit starting Sept. 23. Mofcom launched an antidumping investigation into the matter in January 2016.
