​Sinosun Technology discloses antitrust fine on subsidiary in Anhui market-division case

( September 23, 2016, 02:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Sinosun Technology’s Beijing subsidiary has been fined 258,502.50 yuan ($39,000), or 8 percent of the company’s relevant revenue in 2014, by the Anhui bureau of China’s State Administration for Industry and Commerce, for implementing monopolistic agreements to divide the market. Illegal gains totaling 5,380,259.16 yuan were confiscated. Another participant in the agreements, Sunyard System Engineering, announced a similar fine earlier this week.The statement is attached....
