Nortek, Wave move to dismiss antitrust case over security, control systems

( February 5, 2018, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Nortek Security and Control and Wave Electronics have asked US District Judge Eldon E. Fallon to dismiss antitrust claims filed by Security Data Supply. The companies argue that the court lacks jurisdiction over Nortek because it is a California corporation with its principal place of business in California and no physical location in the state of Louisiana, and does not manufacture products there. They also say that Security Data fail to allege a factual basis for its Robinson-Patman Act claims.See document below....
