Hyundai opposes DTI's request for injunction

( June 18, 2019, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Hyundai Motor filed an opposition to Direct Technologies International’s motion to stay an investigation at the US International Trade Commission and for preliminary injunction barring Hyundai’s motion for exclusion of replacement automotive service and collision parts in the ITC. Hyundai says whether it seeks a stay or not, Congress has not provided for, and DTI is not entitled to, an order halting the ITC investigation or enjoining Hyundai from participating in it.See document below....
