Gazprom blocks natural-gas flows at Slovakian border, Ukraine says

Yatsenyuk said the Slovakian grid operator refuses to enter into an interconnection agreement with Ukrainian operator Ukrtransgaz because of Gazprom’s exclusivity rights to the connection point.
