​Ex-consultant for nuclear transport firm sues Mikerin, others claiming bribe-related RICO violations

( June 6, 2016, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: William Douglas Campbell, a Florida man who once worked as a consultant for nuclear transport firm TLI, has sued former executives of TLI and Vadim Mikerin, the Russian director in charge of the nuclear fuel firm Tenex, alleging they engaged in a bribery, kickback and extortion scheme that ultimately resulted in threats to and financial losses for Campbell. In his complaint, Campbell said that he was used as a conduit for bribes and kickbacks that resulted from payments from TLI to Tenex as part of contracts between the companies. Campbell said that he informed the US FBI when he became aware of the scheme.Please see attached document....
