Comparison websites to undergo sector inquiry in Germany

( October 24, 2017, 09:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Online comparison sites in the fields of travel, insurance, financial services, telecommunications and energy will face questions from German competition authority as part of its sector inquiry, the watchdog announced today. Operators will have to respond to inquiries on ranking, finance, evaluations or market coverage to shed light into possible breaches of consumer laws.
