HP, Samsung printer unit deal approved conditionally by China's Mofcom (English version)

By MLex Staff ( October 24, 2017, 03:52 GMT | Insight) -- China's Ministry of Commerce has imposed conditions on HP's takeover of Samsung Electronics' printer business. The regulator, among other behavioral remedies, required HP to continue to supply A4 printer products on fair and reasonable terms, and not to engage in any tying activities for A4 laser printer products.
