Advania, Wise drop merger plan in Iceland due to antitrust concerns

The move follows the watchdog's preliminary findings according to which the combined market share of the merged company on the market for the development, sale and provision of Enterprise Resource Planning software would exceed 50 percent post-merger. The authority therefore issued an antitrust charge sheet at the beginning of June.Statement follows....
