Mofcom launches midterm review of dumping measures on exports of iron and steel fasteners by Nedschroef

( September 20, 2016, 06:55 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Ministry of Commerce has decided to launch a midterm review of the dumping measures imposed on certain iron and steel fasteners exported by Koninklijke Nedschroef Holding, after receiving an application from Nedschroef Kunshan, an oversea production company in the Nedschroef Group, the ministry said today. The applicant reasoned that the normal values and export prices of iron and steel fasteners produced by Nedschroef Holding had changed, and it was unnecessary to levy antidumping duties at the predetermined level. Mofcom imposed dumping measures on imports of iron and steel fasteners from the EU in 2010. The measures were extended for a further five years on June 28.The statement follows:...
