Philippine government officials accused of technical smuggling of Chinese fire trucks

Officials of the BFP, BOC, and the Department of the Interior and Local Government involved in the transaction, as well officials of the Kolonwel-Hubei JV, will be criminally liable for smuggling and corruption if the allegations are proven....
