Café 3 Corações, Iguaçu coffee deal gets Brazilian green light

( June 7, 2016, 22:28 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Coffee producer Café 3 Corações has received the green light from Brazilian antitrust officials to acquire Companhia Iguaçu de Café Solúvel's coffee retail and derivative brands in Latin America, which include Iguaçu, Amigo and Cruzeiro. The transaction includes a supply agreement under which Iguaçu will produce the coffee and derivatives to be sold by 3 Corações. The decision is to be published in Brazil's Official Journal.
