Verisure fined in Norway for collusion in alarm-services market

( November 25, 2020, 10:28 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Verisure, one of the two largest participants on the alarm-services market in Norway, has been fined 766 million kroner (around $85 million) by the national competition authority for entering into market-sharing practices with Sector Alarm regarding the supply of services to residential customers between 2011 and 2017. Last year, the watchdog fined Sector Alarm 467.3 million kroner for the conduct.
