Redbox sues Disney for copyright misuse in digital streaming fight

( January 26, 2018, 23:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: In its fight to sell digital downloads of Disney content at its rental kiosks, Redbox is suing Disney for copyright misuse and unfair competition, arguing it shouldn't be prevented from selling the download codes it purchased as part of packages that include DVDs and Blu-Ray disks of Disney titles.
