Judge lets Colorado surgical center antitrust suit move ahead

Martinez denied defendants’ attempts to toss claims that they unjustly used their market power to interfere with contracts and gain control of the Colorado Ambulatory Surgery Center Association. Martinez found that the plaintiffs’ amended complaint directly alleges a conspiracy and supported it with plausible factual allegations. Martinez said the complaint "now contains explicit allegations of agreement, and goes further by alleging the existence of evidence supporting those allegations."See document below....
