Mangalore Chemicals' merger with Paradeep Phosphates seeks Indian clearance under Form II

The merger was notified to the Competition Commission of India under a Form II merger filing. As part of a scheme of arrangement, Zuari Agro Chemicals will transfer its shareholding in Mangalore Chemicals to Zuari Maroc Phosphates. The proposed transaction, announced in February, is part of Zuari Agro Chemicals' shareholding reorganization in the group companies.
