​CADE approves four deals after fast-track review

( June 16, 2015, 13:52 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Brazil's antitrust officials have approved a cosmetic ingredients joint venture between chemical company Clariant and holding company Sabará Participações, using a fast-track review process. The officials also cleared a coal extraction deal between mining companies Seival Sul Mineração and Companhia Nacional de Mineração Candiota. A poultry slaughter deal between food producers Seara Alimentos and Anhambi Alimentos has also received fast-track clearance, while wind turbine company Gonvarri Eólica and general trading company Mitsui & Co. got a green light for their transaction.OJ statements follow in full....
