Colombia competition authority fines Transportes Especiales FSG, HDL Logística for collusion in bid-rigging cartel

( August 2, 2022, 14:01 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Colombian competition authority has fined logistics firms Transportes Especiales FSG, HDL Logística and nine individuals for colluding in bidding processes carried out by partially state-owned firm Central Inversiones, or CISA, from 2016 to 2018, according to a statement. The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, or SIC, fined the companies and individuals linked to them a total of 3.8 billion Colombian pesos ($946,586).
