Teletext Holidays threatened with court action over failure to refund cancellations, CMA says

The CMA said it has informed Teletext Holidays that it is preparing to take court action, and that it will begin proceedings after the travel company failed to provide sufficient undertakings to address its concerns.Statement follows....
