Bauer Media radio acquisitions don't hurt competition, UK's CMA told by company

The CMA has previously said its in-depth probe into the deals is focusing on whether the transactions will impact competition in the advertising sector, resulting in increased prices or lower quality in product and service. The CMA has been reviewing Bauer Radio's purchases of Lincs FM Group, Celador Entertainment assets and UKRD Group, as well as Scala Radio's purchase of Wireless Group assets.
