China’s Supreme Court issues its 2014 annual work report

( March 18, 2015, 07:50 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Supreme People’s Court released its “2014 Annual Report of People’s Courts” on Wednesday, which is the sixth annual white paper on judicial trials issued by the SPC since 2010. The white paper consists of three chapters, respectively entitled “Law Enforcement and Trial,” “Management Innovation” and “Reform and Development.” Also, it chronicles in detail the judicial work of Chinese courts in 2014 and provides an interpretation  of the 2014 SPC work report submitted to the National People’s Congress.The statement of the SPC follows, and the abbreviated versions of the three chapters are attached....
