Amazon challenges tribunal's order on Future Coupons in India's Supreme Court

In Amazon's petition accepted by the top court today, the US e-commerce giant said that the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and the Competition Commission of India had failed to consider its submission when passing their respective orders.
