Court upholds Russian antitrust watchdog’s fine on Lenta

( June 10, 2015, 08:30 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Russia’s Federal Arbitration Court of the North-Western Federal District has upheld the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s decision to level an administrative fine against Lenta, one of Russia’s largest retail and hypermarket chains. In 2013, the antitrust watchdog fined Lenta 2 million rubles ($36,000 at today’s rates) for creating discriminatory conditions.
