Lotte Group founder refuses prosecution summons on 'health' grounds

His questioning date will be rescheduled after prosecutors consult with Shin’s family doctor. Prosecutors are also considering canceling the passport of Shin’s wife, Seo Mi-kyoung, who is currently in Japan, in order to force her to comply with a summons. She has been accused of evading inheritance taxes of about 600 billion won when she received Lotte Holdings shares from her husband in 2006. ...
