Vivante, Hersa Engenharia should be fined over cartel, Brazilian investigators say

Meanwhile, eight companies and five individuals should be dropped from the ongoing probe over lack of evidence, the Superintendence of Brazil's competition agency said. The eight companies are Cetest Minas Engenharia e Serviços, Cetest Rio, Delta Engenharia Indústria e Comércio, GLS Engenharia e Consultoria, GPC Engenharia, Hidelma Engenharia Montagens e Manutenção, Mitra Engenharia e Montagens Industriais and MPE Montagens e Projetos Especiais.
