​Dutch home care merger draws in-depth probe

( October 1, 2019, 16:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Healthcare group Espria's proposed acquisition of TSN Thuiszorg will need an in-depth merger probe, the Dutch competition authority has said. The acquisition could have consequences for the price, quality and innovation of home care services in the Southeast Groningen region, it said. Therefore the regulator needs more time to review the deal. The parties have to apply to the authority to start the second phase of the review.Statement follows in Dutch....
