MPEG LA tells US court licensing at end-product level integral to structure of modern-day patent pools

The patent pool licensor encouraged a US appeals court to affirm the dismissal of Continental Automotive Systems’ antitrust claims over Avanci, Nokia, Conversant, Sharp and Optis’ licensing practices.
