Golan Telecom has also moved to terminate its network-sharing agreement with Cellcom, and was again knocked back by authorities when attempting to establish an agreement with competitor Hot Mobile. Observers have speculated that past agreements between Cellcom and Golan might have forced Golan to file a petition challenging the decision....
