In an update to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission's public merger review register, the ACCC said its investigation will focus on issues including the likely impact of the deal on prices and/or service quality. Both companies supply general and bulk stevedoring services at the Port of Newcastle, on Australia's eastern coast.
