České Dráhy-RegioJet dispute: Czech questions on evidence disclosure published

( April 26, 2021, 12:28 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The EU's highest court today published a set of questions referred from the highest court in the Czech Republic, which is seeking guidance as part of a dispute between rail incumbent České Dráhy and local rail operator RegioJet. The Czech judges want to know whether evidence related to investigative files should be disclosed while an EU antitrust probe into České Dráhy is ongoing and RegioJet's main, national damages litigation is suspended. RegioJet is seeking access to information, held outside of the probe, to support its damage claims.Referral follows. Case reference is C-57/21....
