Egyptian producers’ appeals of EU trade measures on glass fiber fabrics should be declared unfounded, court opinion says

In her non-binding opinion for the EU's top court, Advocate General Tamara Ćapeta recommended upholding last year's judgments to reject the two companies' appeals.The Advocate General opinions are attached.
