US trade commission finds steel wire rod from China harms US industry

( March 14, 2014, 16:04 GMT | Official Statement) -- The US International Trade Commission ruled on Friday that carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from China causes injury to the US domestic industry. The preliminary ruling is the first decision in a potential four-phase, year-long investigation that could result in import duties.
