Blocking automatic access to tax rulings is a scandal, EU lawmaker says

The conservative lawmaker — who is also chairman of the European Parliament's Competition Working Group — was responding to the European Commission's adoption today of two decisions that penalize Luxembourg for its tax-benefit programs regarding Apple and Amazon.com.
