Oi, Telefônica Brasil, Tim allowed to participate in América Móvil-Nextel deal review in Brazil

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, said that the interested third parties will be able to assist the agency's analysis, given that the markets involved in the deal are "very dynamic" and are going through a "new disruptive phase due to potential 5G technology."CADE statement follows in Portuguese....
